James has spent the last 35 years supporting senior people respond to crises and times of significant change.
Initially, that involved advising shipowners as they took bet-the-company decisions in the immediate aftermath of major maritime accidents.
Subsequently, as executive senior partner, he led an international law firm through the GFC and a complete overhaul of its governance, structure, performance management and remuneration systems.
James founded Charting Solutions in 2015 to advance his passion for mediation and business coaching.
